Fifty is the new thirty! I want you to join me as I post progress toward my goal of a more healthy lifestyle. My original intention was to boast, brag, and generally try to make you sick of being a glump, so we could rise to new heights of fitness at fifty! However, I'm finding it's not so easy. Add On!
I just did at least 30 minutes of yoga and stretches! Tomorrow, I will have to remember that this is the only thing I had to worry about today. It will be interesting to see how I do when I have to go back to work full-time!
